The Enforcer is an American neo-noir action thriller and the third in the Dirty Harry film series. Directed by James Fargo, it stars Clint Eastwood as Inspector ‘Dirty’ Harry Callahan, Tyne Daly as Inspector Kate Moore, and DeVeren Bookwalter as criminal mastermind Bobby Maxwell. It was also the last film in the series to feature John Mitchum as Inspector Frank DiGiorgio.

The film’s plot has Inspector Callahan paired with a new female partner - Inspector Kate Moore as they hunt for a group of terrorists who are blackmailing the city of San Francisco for two million dollars. Callahan, none-too-pleased about being teamed up with a woman, must put his job first as together they attempt to shut down the terrorists. However Moore proves herself more than capable as the pair pursue the terrorists to their hideout at Alcatraz prison.
