An American sports drama film written, directed by, and starring Sylvester Stallone. It is the sequel to Rocky V (1990) and the sixth instalment in the Rocky film series. It also stars Burt Young and Antonio Tarver in his only acting role. 

When he loses a highly publicised virtual boxing match to ex-champ Rocky Balboa, reigning heavyweight title holder Mason Dixon retaliates by challenging the Italian Stallion to a nationally televised, 10-round exhibition bout.
