An original Italian 4-Foglio poster for the 1971 release of “Get Carter”, the poster is in excellent condition with a small amount of edge wear and light foxing on folds.  

Get Carter is a British gangster thriller film, written and directed by Mike Hodges in his directorial debut and starring Michael Caine, Ian Hendry, John Osborne, Britt Ekland and Bryan Mosley. Based on Ted Lewis's 1970 novel Jack's Return Home, producer Michael Klinger optioned Lewis's novel shortly after its publication.

London gangster Jack Carter travels to his hometown of Newcastle to investigate his brother's suspicious death, which was ruled a car accident. Convinced it was murder, he navigates the local underworld, confronting criminals and uncovering a web of deceit that leads back to his brother's involvement in a pornography ring connected to local gangster Cyril Kinnear. Carter's investigation becomes a brutal quest for vengeance as he violently extracts information and seeks to punish those responsible.
