Citizen Kane is a 1941 American drama film directed by, produced by and starring Orson Welles. Welles and Herman J. Mankiewicz wrote the screenplay. The picture was Welles's first feature film and is frequently cited as the greatest film ever made.

When a reporter is assigned to decipher newspaper magnate Charles Foster Kane's dying words, his investigation gradually reveals the fascinating portrait of a complex man who rose from obscurity to staggering heights. The reporter fears he may never penetrate the mystery of the elusive man's final word … ‘Rosebud’

"It's Terrific! Everybody's talking about it! The classic story of power and the press."
